What you need:                                                      

1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon white sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
¼ cup brewed espresso

Directions:

Step 1: Whisk ½ cup of milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, sugar, and vanilla extract in a saucepan over low heat. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes and then add in the rest of the milk.

Step 2: Pour the mixture through a mesh sieve (this removes pulp) and then return the mixture to the pan and let simmer for 2 minutes, whisking throughout. Lastly, add in the espresso whisking until it becomes foamy, about 1 minute.

Steaming Mocha Cocoa

A scrumptious blend of coffee and cocoa, perfect for chocolate lovers. This recipe serves 2 and takes under 10 minutes to make.

What you need:

2 cups of milk
2 tablespoons of cocoa
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of ground coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Step 1: Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and continue to whisk until steaming.

Step 2: Strain the mixture, pour, and enjoy.

Caramel Macchiato

This sweet cup of coffee is packed full of flavor, and best of all, it’s extremely quick and easy. This recipe serves 2.

What you need:

6 ounces of brewed coffee
6 ounces of milk
1-2 teaspoons of sugar
3 teaspoons caramel syrup
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract (or other vanilla flavoring)
Whipped cream

Directions

Step 1: Brew coffee. While coffee is brewing put the milk in a big cup and heat in the microwave until hot.

Step 2: Combine the coffee, milk, and caramel syrup in a tall glass. Stir well.

Step 3: Add sugar until you reach a satisfying level of sweetness, add whipped cream and drizzle on caramel syrup.
