When the sun is out and temperatures are rising, we often find ourselves reaching for a cool glass of iced tea. We may not be able to do all of our favorite summer activities this year, but we can still enjoy all of our favorite drinks at home with family and close friends.
Store bought iced tea often has loads of sugar and unnecessary preservatives that take away from the many extraordinary health benefits of tea. Whether you’re hosting a BBQ, a quiet get together, or movie night with the kids, here are three healthy iced tea recipes everyone is sure to love.
If you have leftover peaches or just crave a sweeter iced tea, this is a great option. Because sugar isn’t used in these healthier teas, they can take some getting used to. If you like your drinks extra sweet, add honey! Want more tea like this? Check out these recipes by A Sweet Pea Chef.

2 green tea bags
