The Chinese say wisdom is in the vocabulary.

Whether you are drinking coffee, wine, scotch or beer you need to be able to connect a flavor to a word. This gets tough when we are experiencing the same thing but using very different words to describe the taste.

For example…a dark roast coffee may be described as toasty from one person or burnt from another. Both words may be correct from their vantage point but the words are very different. One is positive and the other not so much.
